MediaPilot

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

Service

MediaPilot provides media audits, image optimization, WebP conversion, controlled media cleanup, rollback tools, and related Shopify media workflows.

Merchant responsibility

The merchant is responsible for reviewing audit results, confirming destructive actions, and validating storefront output after media changes. MediaPilot includes safeguards, previews, and rollback records, but merchants should verify changes before running large cleanup or conversion jobs.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify Billing. Plan quotas are measured over a rolling 30-day period and may include product, image, and action limits. The free plan includes media audit usage for small stores.

Availability

MediaPilot depends on Shopify APIs, merchant permissions, public CDN access, and background workers. Temporary Shopify API failures, missing permissions, corrupted files, or unavailable source images can prevent specific media actions.

Limitations

MediaPilot is provided as a software tool for Shopify media management. The app does not promise a specific storage reduction, SEO result, conversion rate, or storefront performance outcome.

Support

Support is provided by email at geoffreyconcas222@gmail.com. Include your shop domain, job ID, and a short description of the issue when contacting support.
